Welded Pipes & Tubes
A stainless steel pipe system is the product of choice for carrying corrosive or sanitary fluids,
slurries and gases, particularly where high pressures, high temperatures or corrosive
environments are involved. Due to stainless steel’s aesthetic properties, stainless steel pipe is
also used in architectural applications
Welded Pipes and Tubes
Welded pipe is also called EWR (Electric Resistance Welded) pipe. Most common specification for welded carbon steel pipe is A53.
Welded pipe is formed by rolling steel strips through a series of grooved rollers that mold the material into a circular shape. Next, the unwelded pipe passes by welding electrodes. These devices seal the two ends of the pipe together.
Welded steel pipe is one pipe the surface has the steel pipe join which is use the steel belt or steel plate material through the bending deformation into round, square, etc, then welded into shape. Welded steel pipes products are widely used in boilers, ship building lightweight structural steel of doors and windows, furniture, agricultural machinery, scaffolding, wire conduit, top shelves, containers, etc, which can meet customer requirements, the special specifications welded pipe can be processed according to the user requirements. Welded pipes for conveying water, sewage, gas, air, heating, steam and other low pressure fluid and other uses.
